I help travel and hospitality companies bring new products, features, and customer experiences to market through sharper positioning, stronger launches, customer insight, and practical adoption strategies, working at the intersection of travel technology, product marketing, hospitality, and luxury travel.
I'm a Fora X advisor with an active luxury travel business, and I work closely with the Fora team on AI strategy and implementation for advisors. On the other side of the table, I spent 14+ years in B2B product marketing: leading the product marketing team at Sojern, the travel marketing platform, leading global property marketing at WeWork, and advising startups on GTM and product marketing today. The combination gives me a rare view into the relationship between the teams building travel products and the people who must use, sell, or experience them.
I help travel businesses identify practical ways to use AI to improve speed, consistency, and service quality without losing human judgment or customer trust. I also design and build websites end to end: this site, my agency's site, and the client-facing trip sites my business runs on are all my own builds. And I serve on an advisor council at Fora focused on AI adoption and AI products, helping shape how new AI tools land with the advisors who use them.
I help companies articulate what they are building, who it is for, why it matters, and how to bring it to market.
I help teams understand how travel products land in the real world, especially for high-touch, high-consideration travel purchases. Through my work across travel technology, hotel marketing, and luxury travel advisory, I bring practical insight into advisor workflow, traveler expectations, supplier information needs, and the operational friction that can prevent good products from being used.
A launch is not an announcement. It is a plan to help a specific audience understand a new capability, build confidence in it, and change their behavior. I help teams design launch plans that connect product story, audience segmentation, education, activation, feedback, and measurement.
Led the repositioning from ad campaigns to a travel marketing platform: new customer segmentation across chains, groups, independents, and management companies, with segment-based GTM playbooks. Revenue grew 30% and ICP penetration 133%.
Led go-to-market integration of an acquired GenAI guest-experience platform across product, marketing, sales, legal, and operations, generating $250K in the first 6 months and a unified narrative across advertising and guest experience.
Designed and built the AI-enabled back office my own agency runs on: websites, proposals, CRM, itineraries, client communications, marketing, content, and task workflows. A one-person business that operates like a team, without losing the high-touch service.
I have spent my career at the intersection of places, technology, and demand.
I led global product marketing at Sojern, working at the intersection of travel data, hotel marketing, and commercial technology. I led global property marketing at WeWork, building market-facing strategies around physical spaces, hospitality, and customer experience.
I also built Hugg Travel Co, a $1.5M luxury travel advisory business, through Fora, which gives me a current, practical view of how premium travel is researched, evaluated, sold, booked, and serviced. Behind that business, I designed an AI-enabled operating system spanning websites, proposals, CRM, itineraries, destination and hotel recommendations, client communications, marketing, content, task management, and workflow automation. I also serve on Fora's advisor council on AI adoption and AI products.
That perspective lets me see travel from multiple sides: the platform, the supplier, the distribution partner, the advisor, and the traveler.
I help travel and hospitality companies turn complex products into clear, trusted experiences that customers and teams actually adopt.
If you are launching a product, repositioning, or opening a new customer segment in travel or hospitality, I would love to hear what you are building, and how it reaches the people who need it.
